Titus Wuermeling PhD Student

Biography

Titus Wuermeling is a PhD student at the samlab in collaboration with Prof. Dominik Meinel at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). In his PhD, he develops an autonomous pipeline combining robotics, computer vision, and artificial intelligence for the development and quality control of lateral flow assays, demonstrated on a new point-of-care diagnostic test for monitoring congestion in heart failure (BIOTOOL-CHF).
