Biography

Saiyyna Stepanova is a postdoctoral researcher at the samlab and the group of Prof. Matthias Arenz in the Department of Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration between the two research groups and focuses on the functionalization of gold nanoparticles for real-time, continuous multi-metabolite monitoring. Saiyyna holds a PhD in Chemistry from ETH Zurich and has extensive expertise in synthetic organic chemistry.
