Biography
Mahsa Nasehi is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Bern, where she works in the samlab on glucose sensing using both polarimetric spectroscopy and gold nanoparticles functionalized with linoleic acid. She holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Iran. Her research focuses on the development of optical sensing platforms for glucose detection, combining expertise in fluorescence and polarization-based techniques. Mahsa has experience with various optical methods, including TEM, FTIR, and UV-visible spectroscopy.
